Product Properties:
Heat Stability: DX-960 has high efficient heat stability and good early color stability.
Transparency: The products processed with DX-960 have superior transparency, clear color, little gas and no educt.
Process: Without fouling, the time of cleaning equipment is shortened. It is suitable for making PVC flexible products of high,dle and low grade.
Amount: On the same condition, DX-960 shows its excellent cost performance.
Safety: The product of methyl tin mercaptide has been approved by American FDA (21 CFR 178.2010) and certified by Germany BGA (IIA, 4C). It can be used in food packaging materials and water pipes etc. It’s safe and reliable.
Applications
PVC flexible products of high,dle and low grade
User notice
Package: The product is packed into iron drum with plastic coating or plastic drum, and the net weight is 220kg per drum.
Transportation: The product is the heat stabilizer for processing PVC, and it is non-flammable and non-explosive.
Storage: The iron bucket should be placed in cool and dry area with the storage temperature from 5 to 30℃. The bucket should be sealed immediately after use.
Safety: Avoid any contact with mouth, eyes and skin. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water immediately. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, flush with water immediately and get medical attention. The work place should be ventilated so as to avoid inhaling evaporated gas directly in the production operation.
Environment: According to environment safety standards of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), including the standard of tin use for all the industries. TWA (eight hours average value) is 0.1mg/m3 (tin); short-time exposure value is 0.2mg/m3
