All the indexes of methyltin mercaptide are better than that of butyltin mercaptide and octyltin mercaptide except lubricity. But it can be improved by adding lubricant. Generally, internal and external lubricants added 0.1-0.2 in the process formula.
Statistics shows that the production cost can be reduced by 200 RMB per ton if methyltin mercaptide is used.
